RE2RN LOGISTICS CORP. __TERMS OF SERVICE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Welcome to Re2rn Logistics Corp. ("Re2rn", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile web-application and booking our on-demand courier services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

  1. Scope of Services

• Independent Courier Role: Re2rn is an independent, third-party courier service. We act solely on behalf of the client to transport items from your location to the designated return or drop-off location (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or Whole Foods).

• No Third-Party Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Whole Foods, or any other retailer or shipping provider.

• No Return Guarantees: Re2rn does not issue retail refunds, process retail returns internally, or guarantee acceptance of returns by any third-party retailer or carrier. All return eligibility, refund timelines, and approval decisions are determined exclusively by your retailer or shipping provider.

  1. Service Windows, Deadlines & Scheduling

• Same-Day Guarantee: Package pickup is guaranteed on the same day, provided the pickup order is scheduled and confirmed no later than 6:00 PM EST.

• Time Estimates: All pick-up and drop-off times provided in the web-app are estimates. Actual times may vary due to traffic, construction, severe weather, or unexpected operational factors.

  1. Package Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

• Digital Paper Trail (Labels & Photos): Customers must upload all required QR codes and/or shipping labels into the web-app, along with a clear photo of each corresponding item or package being returned. This ensures we can accurately match each label to its package and avoid processing delays.

• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded QR codes and labels match the correct corresponding items. Re2rn is not responsible for items submitted with incorrect, mismatched, invalid, or expired codes/labels, nor system issues generated by third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, UPS).

• Customer Availability: The customer must remain reachable at the phone number provided in the web-app registration in case of issues at the time of pickup or drop-off. The customer will receive either a phone call or text message regarding the issue.

  1. Packaging & Surcharges

• Carrier Compliance: Items must be ready at the scheduled pickup window and safely packaged if required by the carrier. For package-less pickups requiring only a QR code, items must be in the original product packaging and re-sealed.

• Additional Item Fee: Additional items beyond the standard 1 item allowance will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per item.

• Heavy Item Fee: Packages weighing more than 40 lbs., or those requiring two or more people to safely lift, will incur an additional fee of $15.00 per item.

• Requested Packaging Service: If you require Re2rn to pack your item completely, you may select this service on the checkout page for an additional fee of $3.99.

• Driver-Identified Packing Errors: If our driver arrives and an item is not properly packed (e.g., the QR code states "Customer Packed" but it is unsealed/unboxed), Re2rn will pack the item for you to ensure carrier acceptance, and a $3.99 automatic charge per item packed will apply.

  1. Pricing, Payment & Processing

• Pre-Payment Required: Payments are due in full through the web-app before service is rendered. No cash payments are accepted under any circumstances.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit Card processed securely via Stripe (which incurs a 4% processing fee).

• Adjustments: Re2rn reserves the right to retroactively charge your account or payment method if package details submitted via the web-app are highly inaccurate (e.g., undisclosed weight or extra items).

  1. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made in writing via the web-app, text, or email before the driver status changed to “On the way to you”. Re2rn will refund your total payment minus the processing fee.

• Non-refundable Rule: If the driver status shows “ On the way to you” then the service cannot be cancelled or re-schedule and it is immediately non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Pickups may be rescheduled one (1) time without penalty, provided Re2rn is notified before the driver status shows “ On the way to you”

• Failed Pickups: If our driver arrives and the items are not ready, the customer is unreachable, or the location is inaccessible, it will be marked as a "Failed Pickup" and the full pickup fee will be charged without a refund.

  1. Undeliverable & Rejected Packages

If a package cannot be dropped off due to an invalid/non-working QR code, carrier store system issues, or store staff refusal:

• In-Store Resolution: Re2rn will attempt to contact you immediately via phone/text while in-store to resolve the issue in real-time.

• 12-Hour Grace Window: If you are unreachable, we will make multiple attempts to contact you within 12 hours and attempt a re-drop off (at no additional charge) at another designated carrier location along the driver's route.

• Post-12-Hour Re-Drop Fee: If you contact us after 12 hours have passed to resolve the code issue, an additional drop-off fee of $10.00 will be incurred to place the item on a new delivery route.

• Return Trip Fee: If the item cannot be delivered and must be returned to you, a Return Trip Fee of $15.00 applies for delivering the package back to your original pickup location. This must be paid via Debit/Credit card.

• 7-Day Abandonment & Donation Policy: Re2rn will hold an undeliverable package for up to 7 days from the originally scheduled drop-off date. If you remain unreachable, fail to schedule a redelivery, or fail to pay the required return/re-drop fees within these 7 days, the item will be considered abandoned and will be donated to a local charity or properly disposed.

  1. Refusal of Service & Prohibited Items

Re2rn reserves the right to refuse service or refuse collection of any package, at any time, for the following reasons:

• Prohibited Contents: Hazardous materials, illegal items, weapons, perishable products, cash, or high-value fine jewelry.

• Unsafe Conditions: Situations deemed unsafe for our drivers, including but not limited to: loose or aggressive pets, construction hazards, or inaccessible walkways.

• Inaccessibility: Incorrect gate codes, locked gates/doors, broken callboxes, or items left in an area other than the specified designated area noted in your booking form.

  1. Limitation of Liability & Property Risk

• Custody Limit: Re2rn is only responsible for packages while they are in our direct physical possession. Our liability ends completely the moment an item is accepted, scanned, or a drop-off receipt is issued by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Whole Foods, Amazon, or other third-party carriers.

• Liability Cap: RE2RN LOGISTICS CORP.’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE WHILE IN OUR CUSTODY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE SERVICE FEE PAID FOR THE PICKUP, OR A MAXIMUM VALUE OF $100.00 PER PACKAGE, WHICHEVER IS LESS. We are not liable for the actual retail value of the item inside the package.

• Florida Weather & Porch Pickup Disclaimer: For any unattended or "porch pickups" requested by the customer, Re2rn is not responsible for the package until our driver physically takes possession of it. The customer assumes all risks regarding outdoor elements, including damage caused by Florida rain, sudden storms, high humidity, heat, or theft (porch pirates) prior to the driver's arrival.

• Consequential Damages: Re2rn is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including missed retailer return windows, expired warranties, or denied retail refunds.

  1. Governing Law, Venue & Disputes

• Florida Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Exclusive Venue: ANY LEGAL ACTION, LITIGATION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Re2rn Logistics Corp. ("Re2rn", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile web-application, websites, chatbot, tools, widgets, plug-ins, or official social media pages (collectively, the "Services").

  1. Information We Collect

We collect information from and about you in various ways when you interact with our Services.

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Account & Profile Information: Your name, email address, physical phone number, Fax number and account password.

• Operational & Delivery Data: Physical pickup and delivery addresses, uploaded photos of packages, and image files of QR codes or shipping labels required to execute your requests.

• Audio Information: Audio recordings or voice data when you place calls to our customer service or accounting centers, which may be monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance, training, and fraud prevention purposes.

• Engagement Data: Information you provide in response to our customer surveys, as well as social media handles, content, and other data you post on our official social media pages or elsewhere in public locations on the Internet.

• Third-Party Platform Data: Information (such as email addresses and other details you allow to be shared) when you interact with Re2rn Logistics through third-party platforms, including instant messaging and communication networks.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, use our apps, engage with our chatbot, or interact with Re2rn-related tools, widgets, or plug-ins, we may collect certain electronic data by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons:

• Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Your IP address, unique device identifier, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, dates and times of your activity, and detailed clickstream usage patterns indicating how you navigate our platform.

Understanding Cookies & Web Beacons:

• A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or internet-connected device to uniquely identify the browser or to store information/settings. Your browser may allow you to restrict or disable certain cookies, but please note that without them, you may not be able to use all features of our web-app.

• A “web beacon” (also known as an internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF) links web pages or apps to web servers and is used to transmit information back to a server.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for a comprehensive range of operational, analytical, commercial, and legal purposes:

• Service Fulfillment & Routing: To route drivers to your location, fulfill your delivery requests, and match uploaded photos and QR codes to ensure your package safely reaches the correct carrier.

• Customer Support & Communication: To provide customer support, respond to your inquiries, and communicate with you about your requests, questions, comments, or chatbot interactions.

• Marketing & Offers: To offer you logistics products, add-on features, or tailored services we believe may interest you, and to manage and administer your participation in special events, programs, surveys, contests, prize draws, or marketing promotions.

• Claims Processing: To investigate, manage, and process commercial claims we receive in connection with our pickup, transport, and delivery services.

• Social & Contact Sharing: To enable you to post on our public forums or blogs, interact with Re2rn through social media networks, or send service details/tracking to your contacts if you explicitly ask us to do so.

• Business Operations & Evaluation: To operate, evaluate, and improve our business. This includes developing new courier features; managing communications; analyzing and enhancing our web-app, tools, and artificial intelligence technologies; measuring marketing effectiveness; ensuring network security; and executing accounting, auditing, invoicing, reconciliation, and collection activities.

• Data Analysis: To perform market research, search optimization, trend analysis, customer profiling, financial forecasting, and the anonymization of personal information.

• Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect against, identify, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, insurance liabilities, and other prohibited or illegal activity.

• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable legal requirements, enforce our industry policies, monitor and report corporate compliance issues, and establish, exercise, or defend active legal claims.

  1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including consumer protections under Florida law), you may have specific rights regarding the personal information we collect and maintain about you. You may exercise these rights at any time by logging into your web-app profile or contacting us directly:

• Right of Access & Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the specific personal data we have collected about you over the past 12 months, delivered in a structured, portable, and readily usable format.

• Right to Correction: You have the right to request that we correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we maintain about you.

• Right to Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete personal information collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as our ongoing statutory obligation to retain Florida transaction records, fight fraud, or defend legal claims).

• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Re2rn does not sell your data or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, you retain the right to direct us not to share your information if our practices change.

• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a lower level of service simply because you chose to exercise any of your privacy rights.

  1. Third-Party Sharing and Tracking

• Service Providers: We do not sell, trade, or lease your personal information. We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as Stripe for secure payment processing and map/routing APIs for our delivery drivers). Re2rn does not store your full financial account credentials on our servers.

• Behavioral Tracking: Both we and authorized third parties (such as our advertising networks) may collect personal information about our visitors’ online activities over time and across third-party websites when you use our platform.

  1. Children's Privacy

We respect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information through our websites or web-app from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately as indicated in the "How to Contact Us" section below, and we will promptly work to delete that information from our active databases.

  1. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.

Package Privacy & Visibility Boundary: Re2rn deeply respects the privacy of your physical packages. Our drivers will never open, inspect, or log the specific retail contents of your boxes unless a package is structurally compromised, leaking, or safety/legality concerns require an immediate inspection and/ or if you selected our packaging service offered to you at the time of booking.

• Physical Logistics Disclaimer: While we take strict operational steps to limit physical access to our courier holding facilities and transport vehicles to authorized individuals, please note that any shipping labels, retail barcodes, names, or addresses located on the outside of a package or letter may be visible to third parties during transit or drop-off at carrier hubs.

  1. Data Retention

Your personal information will not be stored for longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was originally collected, or as required under applicable local, state, and federal laws.

• Florida Legal Alignment: In compliance with Florida business standards and statutes of limitations (such as Chapter 95, Florida Statutes, which sets limitations on contractual, fraud, and property liabilities, and Section 560.1105 recordkeeping standards), Re2rn maintains business records, transaction logs, photos, and financial communication summaries for a rolling period of up to 5 years following the termination of a service agreement or transaction, unless a longer statutory retention period is required for tax, audit, or ongoing litigation defense.

This Privacy Notice may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices or evolving privacy laws. We will post a prominent notice on our website and web-app homepages to notify you of any significant changes to our privacy practices and will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this policy.
